Silent Auction

We are currently seeking silent auction item donations of retail merchandise and services to offer as silent auction items at Viva Las Vegas 2008. Some of our silent auction items in the past have been spa packages, golf packages, tickets to events, autographed sports & entertainment memorabilia and items/services that we can package together.

Historically, our silent auction is a major component of our event's financial success. It also provides an excellent showcase for the products and services of our silent auction donors, promoting them to an audience of hundreds of Valley residents.

Silent Auction item recognition includes:

• Silent Auction package/item descriptions and donor listing are included in the program distributed the evening of the event
• Collateral pieces (business cards and brochures) provided by the donor can be placed on silent auction tables with the Silent Auction package/item and the bidding sheet.

When submitting a silent auction item please complete a silent auction form and return it with your donation to:

Net proceeds from Viva Las Vegas will benefit the Valley Kids Foundation* and Florence Crittenton, both of which are 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations providing funds and services to local children in need.
